Job Title: Mill Supervisor / Controller

Location: SSC P-Numan, Adamawa

Job Summary

• This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining smooth plant operations.
• The Sugar Mill Controller will oversee and regulate sugar milling operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs: performing routing maintenance, repairs, and overhauls to minimize downtime.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards in all operations.
• Troubleshooting: identifying and resolving problems.
• Operating and maintaining equipment: responsible for running the cane mill, shredder, and other equipment efficiently.
• Monitoring performance: keeping an eye on equipment performance, identifying issues, and taking corrective action.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Shall hold the minimum of OND.
• Any relevant Certification.
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience.
