Head of Quality in a Premier, High-performing Manufacturing Polypropylene Woven Sack Packaging Organization

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate quality deviations, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement immediate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Design, implement, and continuously improve robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) across extrusion, weaving, and structural finishing phases.
• Enforce rigorous shop-floor quality audits, testing protocols, and statistical process controls to eliminate product defects.
• Manage regulatory compliance and maintain institutional certifications with standard bodies (eg, SON, NAFDAC, and ISO frameworks).
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams, fostering a culture of zero-defect manufacturing

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

• B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Science.
• 10+ years of experience designing and enforcing robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) and factory regulatory compliance.

General Requirements & Compliance:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience within a fast-moving manufacturing, polymer processing, or polypropylene woven sack packaging environment will be a distinct advantage.
