Factory Manager in a Premier, High-performing Manufacturing Polypropylene Woven Sack Packaging Organization

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership across the PP extrusion, circular loom weaving, curting, slitting, and structural finishing phases.
• Drive workforce productivity and mitigate attrition in a high-pressure, shift-based manufacturing environment.
• Optimize production volumes to meet stringent corporate targets while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Coordinate with the Head of Maintenance to ensure zero-downtime through proactive machinery troubleshooting and servicing.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

• B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10-15 years of proven leadership experience managing continuous-cycle manufacturing plants, factory workflows, and production optimization.

General Requirements & Compliance:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience within a fast-moving manufacturing, polymer processing, or polypropylene woven sack packaging environment will be a distinct advantage.
