Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • ?The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving luxury property sales, building strong client relationships, and converting high-value prospects into buyers.
  • This role requires a commercially driven sales professional with proven experience selling premium residential developments, luxury homes, and off-plan projects within the Abuja real estate market.
  • ?FMR Agency is recruiting ambitious, polished, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives for a leading real estate and property investment company in Abuja.
  • ?Ultimately, you will drive property sales, strengthen market presence, and contribute significantly to business growth through the successful acquisition and conversion of high-net-worth clients.?

?Key Responsibilities

  • ?Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • ?Conduct property inspections, site visits, and executive-level client presentations
  • ?Drive the sales of luxury residential properties and real estate investment opportunities within Abuja and surrounding areas
  • ?Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client engagement activities
  • ?Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
  • ?Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • ?Promote both completed luxury developments and off-plan projects to prospective buyers
  • ?Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Abuja luxury property market
  • ?Generate and qualify high-value leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship management
  • ?Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contractual agreements with prospective clients
  • ?Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, property launches, and promotional activities
  • ?Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients

?Requirements

  • ?Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
  • ?Demonstrated success selling both completed properties and off-plan developments
  • ?Strong knowledge of the Abuja luxury real estate market
  • ?2–4 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • ?Must be currently resident in Abuja
  • ?Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
  • ?Proven experience selling luxury residential properties valued at ?100 Million and above
  • ?Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals and property investors
  • ?Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
