Job Summary

• The Executive Trainee – Front Desk will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional customer experience while providing administrative and customer support functions.
• The successful candidate will support daily office operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors professionally.
• Support documentation, filing, and record management.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Handle customer complaints and follow-up activities.
• Prepare reports and administrative correspondence.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and office records.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools effectively.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

Requirements

• Good numeracy skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and digital productivity tools.
• Basic solar energy literacy.
• HND / B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer empathy and conflict-resolution ability.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Age Range: 24–28 Years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
