Job Locations: Abuja, Delta, and Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for experienced and target-driven Commercial Banking Officers to drive business growth, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive deposit mobilization and achieve assigned growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers While maintaining
• strong relationships With existing clients.
• Aggressively market the Bank's products and services to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to maximize profitability.
• Monitor Customer portfolios and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare business performance reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Proven track record in deposit mobilization and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
