Job Title: Agricultural Science Teacher

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

As an Agricultural Science Teacher you willeducatestudents on fundamental principles of farming, food production, and natural resource management.
You will blend theoretical classroom instruction in areas like soil science and animal husbandry with practical, hands-on laboratory or school farm experiments.

Key Responsibilities

Practical Training: Supervise school laboratories, gardens, or farms to provide students with hands-on experience in modern and sustainable farming practices.
Student Assessment: Design tests, evaluate student progress, and prepare students for standardized external examinations (e.g., WASSCE, IGCSE, or UTME).
Curriculum Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans covering agronomy, livestock management, agricultural economics, and environmental sustainability.
Leadership & Extracurriculars: Coach students in youth leadership programs like the FFA (Future Farmers of America) or coordinate agricultural clubs and field trips.
