Job Summary

• As a mathematics teacher you'lldesignand deliverengaging math lessons, assesses student progress, and fosters critical problem-solving skills.
• Key duties include creating tailored lesson plans, grading assignments, tracking academic performance, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes analytical thinking.

Core Responsibilities

• Communication: Conduct parent-teacher conferences and collaborate with school staff to support overall student well-being.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement daily lesson plans, tests, quizzes, and homework aligned with educational standards.
• Assessment: Grade coursework in a timely manner, evaluate student performance, and compile progress reports.
• Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and students requiring extra support.
• Instruction: Present mathematical concepts clearly using real-world examples to make abstract ideas accessible and relevant.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment conducive to student participation.
