Description

  • This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and post-sales support to drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
  • The Customer Success Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the company's products and services.
  • The ideal candidate is customer-focused, target-driven, and skilled at identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions where necessary.
  • Prepare periodic sales and customer success reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Follow up on leads, renewals, and inactive customers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure customers understand the features, benefits, and value of the company's offerings.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively address issues that may affect satisfaction or retention.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and product/service adoption.
  • Achieve individual sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
