We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Facility Manager

Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and plan essential site services, including security, facility maintenance, cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Implement site Sops and operational and administrative policies.
• Handle client/tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure the facility complies with health and safety requirements, legislation, and regulations.
• Perform general sitc administration, including staffing, staff welfare, rota administration, training, and daily reports.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in a similar Facility Management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills
• Good knowledge Of Real Estate Management..
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, analytical, and prolect management skills.
