Job Title: Field Assistant

Location: Lagos, Abeokuta - Ogun, Okitipupa, Ore - Ondo, Ibadan - Oyo and Ado Ekiti - Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Field Assistant:

Monitor workforce productivity and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Carry out any other field operational duties as assigned by Management.
Prepare daily field reports and maintain accurate operational records.
Assist in implementing Company policies, safety procedures, and performance targets.
Support plantation field operations and supervise daily field activities.

Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Crop Production, or any related discipline.
Physically fit, resilient, disciplined, and willing to work in a plantation environment.
Male applicants only.
Strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
Ready to work in a fast-paced environment and committed to achieving operational targets.
Age: 20–34 years.
Must be willing to relocate to any of the South Western States or city above.
Experience working with key population groups will be an added advantage.
