• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Distribution Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Manage and expand distributor and customer networks.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Ensure efficient product distribution and optimal market coverage.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve business growth.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
