We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, Laboratory

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Type: Full Time

Your Key Responsibilities

• Advise management and projects on material engineering matters
• Manage training and development of laboratory personnel
• Oversee testing plans, documentation, and reporting
• Support resolution of material-related non-conformities
• Supervise laboratory activities and testing operations
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams

Job requirements
What skills should you have?

• 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in leading a construction material laboratory
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Technical Certificate plus 15 years work Experience, Degree in Civil Engineering (bachelor's or master's degree, diploma) or as Construction Materials Engineer will be an advantage
• English Language Skills at least B2/ better C1.
• Ability to manage teams, multiple tasks, and deadlines
• Good knowledge of material testing, standards, and quality requirements
