Backed by a strong governance structure and a strategy of expansion and service excellence, the organisation combines modern clinical operations with centralised corporate functions spanning finance, supply chain, human capital, ICT, legal and strategy.

As part of its next phase of growth, the organization is seeking talented professionals to join it, across a range of corporate and support roles, in the capacity below:

Job Title: Data Analytics Officer

Location: Abuja

About the Role

  • Drive data?informed decision?making across the organisation by collecting, analysing and visualising operational, clinical and financial data to generate actionable insight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data models and forecasts to support planning and decision?making.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and visualisations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for management and the MD’s office.
  • Support automation of recurring reports and data pipelines.
  • Support performance monitoring across departments and facilities.
  • Gather, clean and consolidate data from operational, clinical and financial systems.
  • Promote a data?driven culture across the organisation.
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends, drivers and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and confidentiality (in line with the NDPA and health?data standards).
  • Collaborate with ICT on data infrastructure and system integration.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.

Experience:

  • Experience with healthcare, clinical or operational data is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 6–8 years in data analytics or business intelligence, including producing reports, dashboards and insights.
