We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• You'll bring people together, help them save regularly, and lead a small team that keeps everything running smoothly.
• We're looking for someone who's good with people and good with responsibility, to help run a savings and investment program.

What you'll be doing

• Bringing new people into the savings program and helping them get started
• Making sure everyone's savings are collected and banked safely, every day
• Building and leading a small team of local savings coordinators
• Checking in with your team weekly and solving problems as they come up.

Who we're looking for

• No special certificate required , just the drive to build something and lead people
• Willing to work in your community, Monday to Saturday
• We'll walk you through everything, no experience needed to get started.
• Honest as you'll be handling other people's money, so integrity matters most
• Someone people trust and naturally listen to

What you'll earn

• Salary: N100,000 per month
• Extra pay for every person you bring in
• Total pay can grow to N148,000 – N441,750+ a month as your group grows.
• Extra pay for every person who keeps saving with you
