We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Enterprise Application Management

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

To provide strategic leadership for the Bank's enterprise applications portfolio, ensuring availability, performance, integration, security, and continuous enhancement of all business-critical applications, including Core Banking, Digital Banking, Cards, Payments, Treasury, Risk, and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation and application modernization initiatives.
Oversee application lifecycle management, upgrades, and enhancements.
Develop and execute enterprise application strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive integration initiatives across enterprise systems and digital platforms.
Ensure application availability, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness.
Manage vendors, support partners, and application teams.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications within Banking, FinTech, Telecommunications, or a large corporate institution.
