Job Title: Human Capital Management (HCM) Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

  • Drive the organisation’s human capital strategy and group?wide HR frameworks, ensuring effective talent management, organisational development and HR governance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive learning and development strategy and capability?building.
  • Ensure HR compliance and governance across the group (labour law, statutory obligations).
  • Develop and maintain group HR policies, frameworks and processes.
  • Lead organisation?wide talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
  • Coordinate workforce planning, manpower budgeting and organisational design.
  • Support development and implementation of the human capital strategy aligned to organisational goals.
  • Champion employee engagement, culture and change management.
  • Provide HR analytics and insight to the MD’s office.
  • Oversee performance?management frameworks and reward strategy across the organisation.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or a related field; Master’s or MBA an advantage.

Experience:

  • 6–8 years of HR experience, including HR strategy or organisational development.

Required Skills:

  • Labour law and HR analytics.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
