We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food Production Analyst - Entry Level

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Job Description

  • Responsibilities would include: Research, Process Documentation & Improvement, Product Development, Market research & surveys, Problem Solving, Restaurant visits & product monitoring.
  • The Place Restaurant is actively looking to improve product usability and quality through better user interaction design and quality assurance.
  • We are looking for talented BSc Holder, preferably female who loves food, very smart & with good attention to details.
  • Food Production Analyst is responsible for assisting and occasionally leading, multifunctional teams in the analysis, design, development, and releasing of new products or product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2:1 class of degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software development tools.
  • A catering training or culinary internship experience is required
  • Must be residing in Lagos.
  • ND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in a food science related area
