Job Position: Civil Engineer/Builder

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• A fast-growing and reputable Real Estate Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer or Builder to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our construction and property development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities across project sites.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage contractors, artisans, and site personnel effectively.
• Prepare site progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in civil engineering, building construction, or site management.
• B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, project execution, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction software.
• Must be proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Male candidates are preferred due to the operational demands of the role.
