As part of its next phase of growth, the organization is seeking talented professionals to join it, across a range of corporate and support roles, in the capacity below:

Job Title: ICT Support Officer

Location: Abuja

About the Role

  • Provide first?line ICT support and maintenance to ensure end?users at the facility have reliable access to technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ICT asset records and documentation.
  • Promote ICT security awareness and adherence to policy among users.
  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
  • Provide first?line support for hardware, software, network and application issues.
  • Support user account administration and access requests.
  • Assist with the rollout of new equipment and systems.
  • Support clinical and administrative application users.
  • Assist with network connectivity and basic server tasks.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, updates, patching and backups.
  • Log, track and resolve support tickets within agreed timelines; escalate as needed.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, plus completion of NYSC where applicable, or a valid exemption.

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years' experience in an ICT support or helpdesk role.
