• 10+ years on large-scale distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading 1-2 teams totaling 8+ engineers.
• Understanding high-scale web patterns: APIs, Backend For Frontend, Domain Driven Development.
• Ability to dive deep into technical details and guide the team.
• Strong customer focus, understanding needs to solve problems.
