Commercial Landscape Estimator

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates for commercial landscape projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and project docs to identify scope and risks.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, clarifications, addenda, revisions, and bid updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope coverage.
• Support material pricing strategy and subcontractor quote evaluations.
• Provide pre-construction cost analysis throughout bidding.

???? Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience estimating site work, fencing, and concrete scopes.
• Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for quantity takeoffs and markup workflows.
• Experience using RSMeans or similar regional pricing databases.
