  • Help customers with setup requests for Didomi products (CMP, PMP, API)
  • Troubleshoot issues; reproduce bugs; escalate to Engineering; follow up
  • Provide feedback; qualify feature requests; help prioritize bugs
  • Contribute to docs; train teams; propose projects to improve ops
  • Full-time role from Paris office or remote anywhere in Europe

???? Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Understanding of how websites and web apps work
  • 2+ years experience as Technical Support Engineer, TAM or Solution Engineer
  • Very good English and French, written and spoken
  • JavaScript knowledge; familiarity with frontend stacks
  • Familiarity with tech, media or e-commerce industry
