Job Description

• We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Fashion Facilitator/Designer to join our team.
• This opportunity is mainly for professionals passionate about fashion, creativity, garment production, and practical training. The facilitator will plan, deliver, and evaluate fashion design training sessions, including pattern making, garment construction, fabric selection, and basic fashion illustration. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, preparing training materials, and organizing practical workshops that build learners’ technical skills and creativity. The role involves coaching learners individually and in groups, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress to ensure that learning objectives are met.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Requirements: 2–3 years experience
• Ability to teach trainees with different learning levels
• The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in:
  • Practical Fashion Facilitation
  • Beading and Dress Embellishment
  • Pattern Drafting
  • Fashion Illustration
  • Garment Construction
• Creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail
