We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable client operating in Real Estate Consulting, Car Rental Services, and Travel & Tours.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contract Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja , Lagos
Employment Type:Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads independently.

  • Submit weekly sales and activity reports.

  • Engage prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Represent the company professionally during field activations and events.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Promote Mabcodee Tours, Auto Rental, and Real Estate services.

Weekly Work Schedule:

Tuesday

  • Location: Ikeja City Mall (ICM)
  • Meet with the Managing Director to engage prospective customers for Tours, Auto Rental, and Real Estate services.
  • Time: 8:00 PM

Friday

  • Customer engagement and lead generation for Tours, Auto Rental, and Real Estate Investment.
  • Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Location: Ikeja City Mall (ICM)

Sunday

  • Encourage people to join the Mabcodee Tours WhatsApp community.
  • Drive bookings for the "Trip of the Month."
  • Promote Mabcodee Tours.
  • Participate in beach activation with the Managing Director.

First Month Sales Targets

  • Generate at least ?800,000 in Auto Rental revenue.
  • Close a minimum of 1 Real Estate transaction.
  • Activate a minimum of 5 paid guests for Mabcodee Tours.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Must reside in Ikeja, Ogba, Omole Phase 1, Ojodu Berger, Olowora, Magodo Phase 2, or Shangisha.
  • Strong sales closing and customer conversion ability.
  • Well-presented, confident, and comfortable interacting with members of the public.
  • Minimum qualification: OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
