Description

• We are hiring passionate, self-motivated, and results-focused Field Marketers to join our team
• The successful candidates will promote Alphacom's products and services, identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets through proactive field marketing activities.

Responsibilties

• Follow up on prospects to close sales opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations where necessary.
• Generate new sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly field marketing reports.
• Visit businesses, retailers, and prospective customers to promote the company's products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Distribute marketing materials and create awareness of the company's products and promotions.
• Conduct market research and gather information on competitors and customer needs.
• Perform other marketing and sales duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Previous sales or field marketing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Ability to identify prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Willingness to visit assigned locations for marketing.
