Job Summary

• Are you passionate about customer service, sales support, and building strong client relationships? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales operations and help deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with order processing and customer follow-up
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery
• Maintain proper customer records and sales reports
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Assist with invoice preparation and sales documentation
• Support relationship-building with pharmacies and retail customers
• Monitor stock availability and communicate updates to customers
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Candididate my reside close to Ojuelegba.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or pharmaceutical support is an advantage
• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
