Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced business development executive to drive business growth through strategic B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and developing long-term partnerships within the real estate industry.
  • This role requires a self-motivated professional who can identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets while representing the company's brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B business opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must reside in Lagos.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close high-value business deals.
