Job Summary

• Our client, as part of its strategic expansion, are looking for an experienced Research and Data Analytics Team Lead to drive research excellence and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Support consulting engagements through data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
• Design surveys, assessment tools, and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead research projects across multiple sectors.
• Develop dashboards and actionable business insights.
• Produce policy briefs, market intelligence reports, and research publications.

Requirements

• Experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills.
