Job Description

• Our client is seeking an experienced learning professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our executive education and corporate training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop learning materials and course content.
• Design executive education and professional development programmes.
• Conduct learning needs assessments.
• Coordinate facilitators, faculty members and training resources.
• Ensure all training programmes achieve high participant engagement.
• Ensure quality assurance across all training programmes.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Expand the organization's executive education portfolio.

Requirements

• Excellent facilitation, programme coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in corporate training, executive education or learning and development.
