Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Assessment and Psychometric Specialist to support talent identification, leadership assessment, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive talent assessment reports.
• Administer and interpret psychometric assessment tools.
• Support recruitment, promotion and leadership decisions.
• Conduct assessment centres for recruitment and leadership development.
• Validate and improve assessment instruments.
• Design competency-based assessments.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience administering psychometric assessments and competency-based evaluations.
