We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • As a Sales & Marketing Executive, your primary mission is to identify new business opportunities, pitch our solar/inverter solutions, and close deals.
  • You don't need to be an engineer—we will train you on the technical basics of solar energy. Your job is to connect with home owners, corporate offices, and factories, understand their power needs, and successfully sell our solar packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and identify potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) in Lagos through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media.
  • Client Pitching: Present, promote, and sell our solar power solutions using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Market Awareness: Research and understand current market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities in the Lagos solar ecosystem.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure referrals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal technical engineering team to deliver accurate proposals and site-assessment reports to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field (Candidates with other backgrounds who have a proven track record in sales are highly welcome).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. You must be confident, resilient, and highly comfortable handling client objections.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of active experience in sales or marketing. Prior experience selling high-value assets (such as real estate, insurance, automobiles, or tech/solar hardware) is a massive advantage.
  • Proximity: Must be able to commute easily to our office in Ikeja daily and move around Lagos for client meetings.
