Job Position: Travel Consultant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end air travel queries.
  • You will be the face of the Company, handling reservations, ticketing, and post-booking support while ensuring a seamless experience that is far beyond the ordinary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations: Manage multi-channel queries (calls, emails, chat) for flight bookings, fares, and airline policies.
  • Ticketing: Execute ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds with surgical accuracy.
  • Crisis Management: Navigate complex schedule changes and IRROPS to ensure traveler safety and satisfaction.
  • Networking: Liaise with 20+ global airlines and internal tech teams to resolve bottlenecks in real-time.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism or any relevant field.
  • 1 - 3 years of expirience in OTA or Airline Operations.
  • Experience handling B2C and/or B2B travel clients is an added advantage.

Technical Skillset:

  • Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
  • Advanced Fare Rules
  • CRM & PWA Workflow
  • IATA Regulations.
