About the Job


  • We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and regulatory coordination.
  • The role will ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and seamless delivery across all business units, while strengthening supply chain resilience and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Align supply plans with sales forecasts, business targets, and market trends.
  • Drive inventory optimization to balance availability with working capital efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of products and services.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and vendors to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including stock accuracy, storage, and distribution.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimise stock-outs, overstocking, and expiries.
  • Drive adherence to inventory policies and cycle count processes.
  • Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers and business units.
  • Optimise transportation routes, delivery timelines, and third-party logistics performance.
  • Monitor and improve delivery turnaround times and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to importation, storage, and distribution.
  • Work closely with regulatory bodies and internal quality teams to maintain compliance standards.
  • Support audit readiness and documentation for regulatory and quality inspections.
  • Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs (inventory days, fill rate, OTIF, order cycle time).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leverage data and systems to improve visibility and decision-making across the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) for Bachelor’s degree holders or Upper Credit for HND holders is required.
  • 6–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
  • Professional certification such as CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and data analysis tools.
