Job Title: Residential Maintenance Technician (Plumber)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a trained and certified Residential Maintenance Technician (Plumber) to join the facilities team at AT&D Court.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and supporting basic facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Install, repair, and maintain water treatment plants, equipment, and controls
  • Identify required tools and special equipment for plumbing-related jobs
  • Install, repair, and maintain underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems
  • Treat and manage water supply systems
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Turn generators on and off as requested
  • Maintain reservoirs and holding tanks
  • Ensure all repair and installation activities meet environmental protection requirements
  • Conduct weekly inspections of inspection chambers
  • Submit daily maintenance reports
  • Fill diesel, generator, and EKEDC logs daily
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must be trained and certified as a plumber (certification is mandatory)
  • Educational background is not required, provided certification and competence are proven
  • 1 – 3 years relevant experience in residential or facility plumbing
  • Good understanding of plumbing systems, water treatment, and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: N100,000 – N120,000 monthly (based on experience)
  • HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) coverage
