Role Summary
- We are in search for a Business Strategy Manager will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our group's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- You'll work closely with senior leadership and coordinate with other management teams to drive strategic initiatives, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of group-level strategic plans
- Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions
- Conduct business case analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the Board
- Drive strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with business units and coordinate with other management teams to identify opportunities for growth and synergy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Provide strategic support to the Board and senior leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic business objectives
- Prepare periodic and strategic board level reports.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in business case development and strategic planning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
