Sales & Marketing Officer Job

Nycil Limited is a pioneer in the manufacturing of Alkyd Resins, Polyvinyl Acetate and other Adhesives.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Achievement: Drive sales volumes to meet regional targets, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to grow market share.
• Customer Relationship & Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, providing technical sales support
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, analyze trends, and report on market developments to adjust marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Candidates for this position should preferably have B.Sc. in Chemistry, Marketing, Economics, or any related subject.
• 3-10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

• Strong understanding of chemical products, raw materials (resins, solvents), and their applications.

Other Requirements:

• Good communication skill, able to take records properly, teamwork and good relationship with others. Analytical skills to assess market trends.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month (Remuneration packages for the positions are attractive and competitive for the right candidates).
