Job Title: Front Desk Administrator

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Front Desk / Administrative Officer who will be responsible for managing the reception area, attending to visitors, handling calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized reception space.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Handle outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments when required.
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with data entry and basic report preparation.
  • Handle general inquiries from clients and staff.
  • Ensure visitors sign in and follow security procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years’ and above experienc ein a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
