About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage our Quality, Compliance & Systems function, ensuring strong performance across ISO 9001 (QMS), HSE, sustainability (EcoVadis), and document control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ISO 9001 certification, audits & QMS improvement
• Drive HSE compliance, risk management & safety culture
• Lead sustainability initiatives & EcoVadis assessments
• Oversee document control & audit readiness
• Implement CAPA, internal audits & continuous improvement
• Coordinate training, compliance tracking & reporting

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Quality/Compliance/QMS roles
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & audit processes
• HSE and sustainability experience (EcoVadis is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail, coordination & reporting skills
• HND/BSc in a relevant field (ISO Lead Auditor is an advantage)

Salary
N250,000 - N320,000 / month.
