We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Investment Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for proposed projects.
- Oversee due diligence processes for all investment transactions.
- Monitor investment performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, and development).
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s real estate investment portfolio.
- Perform market research and stay updated on real estate trends in Lagos and beyond.
- Lead negotiations on property acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Proven track record of successful real estate investments.
- Must be approximately 40 years of age (preferred for experience and leadership maturity).
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in real estate investment or finance.
- Strong knowledge of property markets, especially in Lagos and Nigeria.
- Excellent financial analysis and investment modeling skills.
Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 per month.
