• 5+ years designing web experiences with ownership of a complex site
• Shipped B2B SaaS or enterprise project with a design system
• Strong visual design instincts across layout, type, motion
• Fluent with Tailwind and modern React patterns; able to code
• Proficient with Figma daily; Adobe Creative Suite when needed
• WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility as default; curiosity about AI-assisted design
