• Strategic thinker with HR SME across areas.
• Cross-functional partner with HR, Finance, Data.
• Data-informed decision making; HRM data storytelling.
• Proficient with UKG, CultureAmp, Ashby, Charthop.
• Openness to AI tools to improve efficiency.
