Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, project execution & reporting
• Drive revenue growth, upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Manage team & strategic partnerships across Africa
• Implement cost-saving & process optimisation strategies
• Design client & employee engagement programmes
• Track KPIs & deliver weekly/monthly reports

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree (MBA/MSc a plus)
• 5+ years in HR Operations and Client Success
• Strong relationship management, communication & leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
