Senior Recruiting Specialist

• Schedule complex candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
• Serve as point of contact for interview scheduling and rescheduling
• Coordinate executive-level scheduling for confidential searches
• Assist with opening requisitions in Greenhouse
• Maintain requisitions in Greenhouse with timely updates
• Coordinate candidate travel for onsite interviews

???? Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
• Experience in recruiting operations or business support preferred
• Strong customer service to internal and external clients
• Experience with ATS/Talent Management systems; Greenhouse/Workday preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and communicate clearly
