We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Well Engineer / Drilling Superintendent

Job Location: Warri, Delta
SBU: Scorpio Drilling

Purpose

• Leads the safe, cost-effective, and technically compliant execution of well delivery and completion projects.

Responsibilities

• Execution Oversight: Supervise offshore or onshore drilling and completion operations to ensure compliance with well programs and industry best practices.
• Optimization: Identify challenges during drilling, minimize non-productive time (NPT), and recommend operational changes to the contractor Toolpusher.
• Well Integrity: Ensure the technical integrity of the wellbore throughout its life cycle.
• Program Review: Review and validate well engineering designs, drilling trajectories, casing, and cementing programs developed by Well Engineers.

Person Specifications
Deliverables & KPIs:

• Accurate well Delivery, Cost Efficiency, Safety, and NPT (Non-Productive Time) reduction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical and operational experience in well engineering and drilling operations; IWCF L4 (Well Services/Completions), BOSIET/HUET, H2S.
