The Role

• Portfolio Growth: Drive property acquisitions, leasing strategies, and revenue growth.
• Operations & Maintenance: Oversee facility management, vendor contracts, and property maintenance.
• Legal & Compliance: Manage tenancy agreements, service charge collections, and regulatory compliance.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Management, Estate Surveying, or Property Development.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Warri, Delta State.
• Strong negotiation, financial budgeting, and leadership skills.
