Job Description
- This role will focus on talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, and reward frameworks, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for critical roles, with emphasis on market mapping, headhunting, and proactive talent pipelining
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design
- Strengthen employer branding to position the organization as an employer of choice
Performance & Talent Management:
- Lead the design and implementation of a robust performance management framework aligned with business objectives
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives
- Embed a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and high performance
Compensation & Rewards:
- Support the development of competitive and equitable compensation structures
- Provide insights on reward strategies to drive attraction, retention, and performance
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Advise leadership on employee engagement and retention strategies
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters to maintain a productive work environment
HR Governance & Insights:
- Ensure alignment with labour laws and internal policies at a strategic level
- Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with strong focus on talent strategy, performance management, and reward frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in headhunting and building talent pipelines
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capability.
