It is the first private hospital in Nigeria to achieve ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification from the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) and was also recently accredited with the COHSASA (Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa) Certificate.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning & Development Officer (Lily Academy)

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying skill gaps, designing impactful learning programs, and ensuring effective training delivery across the organization.
  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to support training and capability development initiatives within Lily Academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate or coordinate training sessions and learning interventions
  • Prepare training reports, track outcomes, and support budget development
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact
  • Design and develop structured learning programs for Lily Academy
  • Identify leadership and capability gaps across teams to support workforce development

Requirements

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • B.Sc. Degree or HND in a relevant field
  • Experience in training evaluation and impact measurement
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • 3–5 years experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related role
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Preferred Certifications:

  • CIPM, NITAD, or other relevant professional certification.
