Position Overview

  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a sharp eye for corporate governance, and a proven track record in administrative management within a consulting, corporate, or professional services environment.
  • The Head of Administration will serve as a strategic backbone of Primeclass Consult. This executive role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing day-to-day administrative frameworks, optimizing operational workflows, overseeing human resources, mapping organizational strategy, building stakeholder relationships, driving revenue generation and ensuring the seamless execution of our domestic and international corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resource Management: Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and continuous professional development for the firm's internal team and external consultants.
  • Strategy & Revenue: Design, implement, and manage organizational strategies to drive growth and revenue generation.
  • Policy & Governance: Formulate, implement, and review corporate administrative policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data management systems.
  • Financial & Resource Oversight: Manage administrative budgets, optimize vendor relations, supervise procurement processes, and ensure meticulous maintenance of company assets and facilities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key liaison for institutional clients, government agencies, corporate organizations, and international partners, ensuring a premium standards-based delivery of service.
  • Program & Event Logistics: Coordinate the administrative and logistical frameworks for high-level executive retreats, international study missions, trade summits, and professional certification programs.
  • Operational & Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily administrative and operational activities across all departments to ensure maximum efficiency, alignment with corporate goals, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate administration or operational management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or M.Sc.) or professional certifications (e.g., NIM, CIPM, CIPD, PMP) will be highly advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within management consulting, executive training firms, or premium corporate services is strongly preferred.

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interface with high-ranking public officials and corporate executives.
  • Organizational Excellence: Mastery in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, from complex logistical arrangements to routine office administration.
  • Digital Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of modern office productivity tools, project management software, social media marketing tools and administrative systems.
