Fashion Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

• This will help, but it is not essential.
• We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Fashion Operations Supervisor to support, co-ordinateand supervise daily tailoring and production activities across our network of freelance tailors and field production partners.
• Do you need to have fashion or tailoring experience?
• Our business is growing, and we are looking for one more member to join our team.
• We are primarily looking for someone who is hard working, diligent and has excellent attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver fabrics and garments
• Assist during fittings and photoshoots when required.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Book Uber deliveries and collections
• Take clear photos to document completed tasks
• Give daily task updates (WhatsApp & email)
• Coordinate and follow up with tailors and embroidery artisans across our network of freelance tailors and field production partners.

Minimum Qualification

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 1- 2 years experience.

Important Requirements:

• Must communicate clearly and give detailed updates
• Must have a working and reliable phone.
• Must be comfortable using public transport for errands.
• Must be comfortable following instructions exactly
• Must be willing to learn and improve.
• Must take initiative and solve simple problems independently
• Must be able to arrive on time consistently

This role is not suitable for candidates looking:

• Struggle with punctuality or lack professionalism.
• Daily-paid or gig work

Work Schedule:

• Total: 14 working days per month.
• 2 Saturdays per month
• 3 weekdays per week
